Albiorix is a small moon orbiting around Saturn. It was probably a captured object. It is named after a Gallic deity.
I call these shapes of vases "landscapes", because I imagine them as a canvas. The more you observe, the more you see.
The small vase was coiled by hand and fired up to 1240C. Albiorix is made with porcelain. It is glazed inside with a white matte glaze and features my white matte and lava glazes outside.
The vase is functional and measures 11 cm in height and around 7,5 cm in diameter at its middle (largest) point. It is an irregular shape
All the glazes are formulated and made by me.

This vase is part of the 274 Moons / 274 Vases projects. I am building a vase for each of the 274 moons orbiting Saturn.
